This starts immediately after you hire me. I will support you and your family from prenatal to birth to your postpartum adventure.
What this package includes:
- 2 prenatal meetings; the first meeting will be around 30 weeks, and the next meeting around 36 weeks. We will go over your birth plan, postpartum plan, birth process, pain management techniques, and any other questions you may have.
- I will be on call from 38 weeks-42 weeks
- I will remain with you 1-2 hours after you have given birth.
- One postpartum visit around the first two weeks after birth.
- Rental of Tens labor unit.
- Access to my lending library (options located in resources tab)
- Continuous support through out your pregnancy

As a Postpartum Doula, I am there for you when you need help with anything. We can review how your birth was, I can take care of baby while you catch up on things (like sleep, or alone time with your partner). I can keep any siblings entertained while you enjoy quiet time with your newborn. I'm available to help with small chores (dishes, laundry, light cleaning), will help assist you with any baby questions like breast/chest feeding, bottle feeding, baby wearing, infant sleep, ect. I am here for you, and to help you transition into life with a new baby!
